After fitting a higher flowing turbocharger it is crucial the vehicle be dyno-tuned by a mechanic who is experienced with tuning turbocharged vehicles BEFORE putting your foot into it no matter how tempted you are to give it a quick squirt!

Air fuel ratio, timing, fuel flow, fuel pressure, inlet manifold vs exhaust manifold pressures etc., all need to be checked. The mechanic should set the boost at a safe level & determine what if any modifications are required to further increase boost!

Failure to have your vehicle dyno-tuned after major component modifications will insure an engine & consequential turbocharger failure!!!

Actuator is not supplied with this unit, you can re-use the original actuator or select a higher pressure optional actuator & bracket below.
Highest Flowing SR20DET Internal Wastegate in our Range. The Factory Compressor Cover does not allow for Machining due to the Large Compressor Wheel therefore we utilised the GT28RS Cover with 3" Inlet & 2" Outlet. Modifications to the Inlet & Intercooler Piping will be required.
