A rebuilt turbo is only as good as the process behind it. Every unit goes through the same four steps.

Assess & quote
Send or drop in your turbo. We diagnose the root cause – not just the symptom – and report our findings back to you.

Strip & inspect
Fully dismantled, cleaned and measured. Worn shafts, bearings, seals and wheels are replaced with quality parts.

Rebuild & balance
Reassembled to factory specification or better, then balanced using our IV Stage Balancing Process.

Test & warranty
Every rebuild is supplied with a computerised balance report and backed by our warranty.

Ask a questionShould I rebuild or replace my turbo?
It depends on the damage and the cost of parts. We assess every turbo first and will advise whether a rebuild, an exchange unit or a new turbo is the better value.
Can you rebuild variable vane (VNT) turbos?
Yes. We rebuild variable vane turbos for all makes, including cleaning, repairing and calibrating the vane mechanism.
Why did my turbo fail?
Most turbos fail because of an outside cause – oil supply, contamination or foreign objects. We analyse the old components and report our findings so you can fix the cause, not just the turbo.
How long does a rebuild take?
Turnaround depends on the turbo and parts availability. Contact us with your turbo details for a current estimate.
Do rebuilt turbos come with a warranty?
Yes. Every rebuild is covered by the Procharge warranty – see our warranty terms for details.
Can I send my turbo from interstate?
Yes. We work with customers Australia-wide. Contact us first and we’ll explain how to send your turbo in.
